This episode of the simposons was spoofing off of the movie 2001 space odyssey. Homer has a chance to be appreciated by others by becoming an astronaut . His only competition is Barney who blows it by going crazy off of non-achoholic champagne. So Homer is sent to space almost causing the astronauts to die, but the carbon saves the day.
This episode is not the funniest but i would give it a 9 out of 10 cause its some what funny.
